How quickly can I get started?

Most agencies are live within 24-48 hours. We'll import your caregiver list, configure your SMS number, and run a test blast to make sure everything works. There are times where this may take longer than 24-48 hours.

Do my caregivers need to download an app?

No. ShiftFill works entirely through SMS. Your caregivers text to call out, and they text to accept shifts. No app, no login, no training required. Our advanced automated process will handle the rest.

What counts as a "caregiver" for pricing?

Any active staff member in your system who can receive shift blasts. Inactive or archived caregivers don't count toward your limit.

Is there a limit on SMS messages?

No hard limits. Pricing is based on caregiver count, not message volume. We want you to use the system as much as you need.

Can I cancel anytime?

Monthly plans can be canceled anytime. Annual plans are paid upfront and run for the full year. We'll always honor your commitment.

Do you offer a free trial?

No free trials. We believe in the quality of our product. One or two saved shifts per month could more than pay for your first month.
